Staff is friendly and informative. The lady in the office always is helpful, patient and knowledgeable and is quick to resolve any issues.
The customer service was great and the property outside and inside was awesome.
Great location, you can walk to restaurants. Close to freeway.

I am a single woman and only stay here because it is the best hotel I know and they accept pets. I don't ever worry for my personal safety and everything anyone needs is provided.
