There was a situation with our original room, but it was quickly fixed and accommodations were made to handle the situation. I was very pleased!
We needed few accomodations during our stay and the staff was very friendly and generous in their support.
Convenient to laundry facility and the being able to use the machines with an app. Staff was polite and when I got a long distance call one of the staff members brought me the office phone due to not knowing my ringer was not on in my room.
I booked through booking.com and I was satisfied I got the accommodations I asked for my stay with a disability no questions asked.
It was clean and the staff were friendly! My only complaint is there was no plug for the bath tub. Everything else was fine
