The owner is great. We had a good time socializing with neighbors on the deck. The location and price were phenomenal. We knew that it would not be a5 star property, and fine with that.
I guess it depends on the person but for me, 60 bucks for a private comfy bed, hot shower and less than a mile to the beach is well worth the money
Perfect spot for someone who just wants easy access to jog & swim on the beach and to all of Rehoboth's bars, restaurants, & shops and doesn't plan to spend time hanging out in a room.
Location. You get what you pay for. Was affordable, convenient location to sleep. Hot water. Toilet worked well. Was quiet at night. AC was cold. Got a free parking pass for non metered space.
Great location, can walk to the beach/Boardwalk, and lots of stores and restaurants. Also had a small kitchenette with pots, pans, and dinnerware.
