The staff was very responsive and accommodating for any issues.
The location was very convenient to Tanglewood, and the room was spotless.
The Manager went above and beyond to help us with an IT problem. He was knowledgeable about Tanglewood and the surrounding area.
Location was perfect for concert at Tanglewood, and I would definitely come back to this area to visit again and explore the Berkshires. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The person who greeted us at the front desk was very welcoming.
Huge pool, bathrooms updated and clean.

Great location, great value. Not fancy with amenities but a good place to take a shower and sleep for the night.
