The staff that checks you in us very kind and friendly. They made the process a breeze.
staff! Beds were comfy!! Micro and frig in room. WiFi worked well! Very quiet surroundings.
The location can't be beaten. The shuttle servuice is also great and very friendly. There's not really a lot close that is within walkable distance but a Lyft or Uber will get you where you need to go cheaply.
As our flight was in the evening, requested for a late check-out.. Till 12 noon, it was a compliment and after 12 noon, they offered it for "$10 per hour" until 4 pm... I ended up paying $40 until 4 pm which helped us...
Their shuttle service to airport was too good... Had 4 check-in bags and 3 carry-ons... The driver was too good... With lotsa baggage, he dropped us at the exact airline spot and it was easy for us to check-in... He also helped to unload bags at the airport... International Departure was just 20 minutes drive from the hotel ..
Bathroom was clean and neat...
It was efficient and courteous. The shuttle was punctual. The room was extremely comfortable. ..
I also had a nice surprise. Last year when I did this questionnaire, I commented on the appearance of the lobby. What a nice moment to step into a newly furbished area.
