The Location and Price are most important while traveling and the place needs to be clean
the cleanliness of the room. the size of the bed and the room.
The bath/shower really needs to be replaced to match the niceness of the rest of the modern bathroom. The linens are always very white and clean. We always enjoy staying there. It was be so nice if there was a picnic table out on the sides of the building to sit at. The staff have always been very kind and helpful too. We come to town 3 times a year to visit family in Princeton. The price pulls us in every time leaving more money for fun !

Facility was in an area that was hit with a tornado, just a couple of days before our stay and had just gotten electricity back on right before our stay so things were a little off, but understandable.
