The price was great. The area was great. Room was clean. We were worried because we seen a few reviews about bed bugs but we checked everything and had no issues. Beds and linens were very clean. It looked like they had done some updates and remodeling. The night clerk didn’t seem too friendly but he wasn’t rude or anything to my family. Cleaning staff was very nice too. It was close to everything too.
t's a very secure and safe place to be. Even though I got a scare thinking my room was violated but it was my ignorance of going to a checked out room….lol.
Overall, the hotel was great! The beds were very comfortable, and the atmosphere was cool and comfortable. I will come again when I am in the area
I liked everything it was very very cleas the bathroom was awesome and l slept like a baby
The price for the area (outside of Chicago) and the location was close to The Indiana Dunes National Park.
How easy it was to change rooms when needed. The property was easy to access being I have bad knees.
