Our family experienced a secure and pleasant stay at this hotel, which also offered excellent value. We recommend Room 208 for its exceptional features. The staff provided outstanding service and demonstrated exceptional courtesy. We stayed for three nights due to my wife's surgery at the university hospital. We highly recommend this hotel and anticipate a future return.

Bed was very comfortable, the staff could not have been more helpful and polite! Room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good as well. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night, as we had to be on the cruise ship the next day.

You need to fix your jucier...we had nothing to drink except milk and coffee and we r not coffee drinkers.....and the line for the waffle maker was just stupid...you need another one.
