The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. And the staff was friendly.

The river was awesome. The room was cozy. Breakfast was good.

Everything was exceptional! We went last year and HYLTON remembered me the moment he saw us. The breakfast has great selection, staff friendly and helpful, rooms big, beds comfortable, river view with balcony makes for an relaxing get away and you cant beat the price and location. A quick walk to the free trolley system too. But let me tell you about HYLTON! This man is awesome ....he's friendly and welcoming, great with kids and makes you feel like your home and with family! He honestly the reason we came back to this hotel again this year and plan on coming back again next year. If management is reading this GIVE HYLTON A RAISE!!!

I liked desk and the room was clean and comfortable

The beds were SUPER comfortable! Room was clean.Wifi was easy to get onto, ice on the 3rd & 4th floors, no snack machine(bears got it), knowledgeable & helpful staff, they were super nice & laid back! The floors of this hotel are thicker than most hotels, so I didn't feel the need to tiptoe & whisper in our room. Which was AMAZING, b/c I have 3 kids & it's always stressful if the hotel has thin walls/floors. The hotel was located pretty much right there off the strip, just a 3 min walk to the strip, 7 min drive from Ripley's aquarium.The strip does have a lot to do. The hotel is 7 min away from the Ripley aquarium. Will def stay again. The hotel has a very well lit parking lot thank God! Stay here for a comfortable, friendly, inexpensive, stay in Gatlinburg b/c everything else is OUTRAGEOUS lol.
