The whole town is idyllic, and the owner saved us. On our way to California we hd to turn back in the middle of the nigjt due to forest fires. On our way back I reserved a room for us at this hotel for a wronf day. In the middle of the night the owner gave us a room and cancelled our false reservation without any penalty surcharges that the hotel would have been entitled to. In the morning he check on us that we had had a good night sleep before we headed on again. Super nice atmosphere!
Clean, recently remodeled, and had a microwave and refrigerator.
We had a large spacious room for our 3 days. It had two tables for laptop researching and journaling. Large bathroom with shelf space. Lots of places to eat near buy...many walkable. The beds were comfortable, the refrigerator was larger than most mini's and the TV had endless channels. The property was clean and well managed and safe. The staff was very cordial but businesslike. Also, there is a donut shop two blocks away called The Jelly Donut that has the best that I have ever eaten! Lots of choices.
The facility is quiet and in a very easy to reach location from the highways.
It has been recently refurbished and is in great condition.
Also, it is a very short drive to the beautiful Rogue River that runs through
Grant's Pass...
It was quiet, comfortable and cute, like staying at grandma's house.
