Ease of access from interstate and to local destinations.
It feels much safer than the congested areas of hotels in Smithfield, and very quiet. The owner is here and he takes pride in his property and appreciates his guests.
Easy access, clean, friendly staff and owner, fairly quiet considering it’s near 95. The room key cards always work!

Exactly what was advertised. Almost 1/2 of what newer properties are charging with lower ratings. This is no frills. Clean sheets, hot water and a very comfortable bed. Exactly what we needed for a good night’s rest.
