The staff was friendly, helped with any questions we had, and it was our favorite hotel in NY
Location near attractions, cleanliness of room, layout of room, upgrade to city view was worth it
I loved the look of the hotel and the room was very nice. I really loved the shower
Everything..from the efficiency when pulling up to the valets who were extremely helpful not rushing us. Informative about the area and when we should ask for our car etc.. super helpful and friendly and polite.
The staff transferred our bags up to check on where we were able to do early check in. Everything was friendly and efficient.

We loved the location. Located right in the middle of Time Square, near the subway. Staff were very helpful and professional. We had a great view of Time Square, as long as you don’t mind the noise. Very secure and safe.
