I like that it's relatively close to the Miami Beach convention center. The rooms have hard flooring instead of carpet which I like because it's cleaner and the shower had pretty good water pressure. The staff in the front office were very friendly and helpful.
The property location is near to almost everywhere.
The property is kinda renovated with brand new furniture.
I would like to compliment Anna Maria and Magda on their EXTREMELY kind and courteous services. This is my 2nd time at Biscayne and Anna Maria ensured my stay was extremely comfortable
Everything seemed new and inviting. Continental breakfast had a good selection.
Great location close to Port Miami. Rooms were completely remodeled. Very good Mediterranean restaurant very close to this property.
