The location of the hotel was awesome. We were able to walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants! It was great. Breakfast was very nice and included in the room. The outdoor portion of the Bistro was very nice and a nice view of Lake Michigan and the sunset. The room was very comfortable. The hotel has a luxury appearance. Plenty of parking.
One of the beds was full of sand. The next day the cleaning person was great and apologized and took care of it. Lacey at the front desk was very apologetic and took care of us by giving money off of our room. Other than that the room was great.
