I appreciated greatly the room service delivering food just after 6am: big thing for a jetlagged person.
Amazing friendly staff. Room and amenities were beautiful and clean. Enjoyed the cigar bar and coffee.
The manager made a special effort to give me a discount because my original booking with booking.com had issues. I appreciate them stepping up to the plate because I couldn't get a hold of booking.com to explain the reason why my 2 queen bed room was canceled....so kudos to the Brown staff for being great at customer service! We also ate at their ship themed restaurant and had fish and chips, which were absolutely delicious.
