You get what you pay for, but it's a good value. Not the newest or most luxurious place, but the bed is comfortable and there wasn't any outside noise. The included breakfast was basic, but decent.
The young man at the front desk was amazing. So helpful. I had no internet.
I like the Budget inn and it's close to the hospital where I go to VA and I like to stay there every time I come to Sheridan anyway
There was a problem getting to Seridan from Yellowstone. There were horrible fires in the nearby mountains. We got 53 miles from the hotel when the sheriff turned us back and made us go through Billings Montana to get back to Sheridan. I called the hotel clerk, he was so kind and made sure to leave our room keys where I could find them. We finally got there just after 1:30 am. The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. We didn't check out the breakfast as we were too exhausted to make it in time. It was also such a great value. Wonderful people in Sheridan.
Everything was adequate and reasonably clean. By the time we stayed here, we were on the road almost 3 weeks. I did not make any notes (good or bad) about this property and cannot recall it clearly. I thought this was one property that did NOT have breakfast despite being advertised as such, but because I did not make a note about it, I may be confusing it with another property. I'd encourage people to check with hotel re: breakfast.
