Everything, the location, the room, the amenities, the staff…it’s all wonderful!
We’ve stayed at least five times here and always have a lovely visit!
We loved the decor and friendliness of the staff. The entrance to the Cloud One was super trendy, with cool lights, earthy tones and designer furniture.
Our room had stunning views of Hudson Bay, comfortable beds and very clean throughout.
Very reasonable price for a nice location. It was a quiet street, close to many attractions and also on many subway lines up town so easy to get all over town. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and the rooms serviced well.

The location was OK with a good view. There is a Blue Bottle Coffee nearby thankfully because the hotel cafe is uninspiring with very little selection of marginal pastries and indifferently prepared coffee.
