The hotel was beautiful. Very clean. Close to all things downtown. Staff was amazing and accommodating.
Location was great, near Lake Michigan abc close to Veterans Park. Lots of good bars and restaurants nearby.
Gorgeous, historic rooms with modern amenities. Perfect location, check in/out is a dream, communication from the staff was above and beyond.
This place was so unique and beautiful inside and out. The location was walking distance to everything, but especially the Art Museum. We had 6 rooms booked and they were all unique.
Everything was wonderful except the 2 flights of stairs and we knew there was no elevator. Next time we will get a 1st floor
We met Rachael when we arrived a few minutes early and she was very accommodating, helping my husband with his suitcase and our cooler and also let us in 5 minutes early.
She answered a lot of our questions, she was great!
