Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Met at reception with rose prosecco I believe. Free upgrade. Feels like a hidden gem. Pools on roof were gorgeous. They have a lap pool overlooking Miami. Room lovely. Stunning property. Very hip. Near the Marketplace, restaurants, CVS, Miami port.
Staff was very professional they made our stay at the hotel very comfortable
Upon arrival they told us that since they had an opening they had upgraded us to a junior suite free of charge and it was AMAZING. Bigger than my first apartment, incredible view, very clean and quiet. The breakfast was great as well, and the man at reception helped us print and attach our paper luggage tags to our bags.
I loved all the amenities, the staff was so nice, they gave me a complimentary upgrade and it was very comfortable! the next time i travel to miami i will definitely stay here again
We loved John the bellman! Made us feel so comfortable and would totally come back just for him!
