The staff is wonderful. I left an item in our room and they mailed it to me. Lovely staff. The location is in town. You can enjoy their sister property that is on the water.
I love the location of this hotel, I have been staying there for many years. It's always clean and well maintained. It's nice and quiet, a great place to relax. The pool is wonderful and peaceful with a beautiful view of the harbor.
The bed, the shower was unbelievable, the view, the staff, very clean, in the middle of town!
The location is excellent, easily walkable to town and close to the ferry to shelter island. The bathroom showers are awesome and the pool was refreshing
we had a nice view of the harbor and it was nice being able to sit on the balcony and have some wine and watch the boats go by. As for breakfast, I understand it was a continental breakfast but still the choices were very limited.
