This is a cozy studio apartment, part of a quadruplex in the South Park area of San Diego. It was beautifully renovated, with all modern amenities - A/C-heating, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and dryer, a nicely arranged little living room setup with sofa, coffee table, and a new flat screen TV; and an alcove just large enough for a king-sized bed. Bedding, towels, and toiletries were very good. Lighting was good, and there are plenty of plugs for electronic devices & chargers. The area is very safe, clean & quiet.
Perfect spot for our visit - kitchen, laundry, full bath, comfy living room, nice patio, comfy bed - we were totally at home!
It’s in a great location near all the Balboa park attractions. The staff are very attentive! A wonderful place to stay!
Location , close to all attractions, yet peaceful neighborhood
Location was excellent for what we wanted to do. Place was clean. Felt very safe in neighborhood. It was quiet.
