Cleanliness, comfort,balcony, location breakfast,overall everything!!
Front desk was very friendly, helpful and accommodating with every inquiry or request we made. Room had a wonderful balcony overlooking the river with ducks, geese and other wildlife. It was a great place to relax after a busy day of activities.

It was clean and everyone was very friendly. I was greeted immediately walking up to the desk. I was given a welcome pamphlet with coupons and a few minutes after arriving in my room I got a call from the front desk asking if the room was to my liking. This place is excellent and should be five stars all the way.
Centrally located for Pigeon Forge activities. Very nice river view rooms available. Breakfast Bar and seating areas were very nice, the outdoor area was a nice bonus. Indoor & outdoor pool were nice, they could have been cleaner - but it was the busiest week of the summer tho. The hot tub was nice to have as well.
