The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. We were there on a night out on our anniversary and they went above ane beyond to make our stay memorable.
The suite that they upgraded us to was comfortable and well appointed. The very best part was the free standing tub.
The view, the location downtown, the friendly staff
We loved the ambience of the Leo Kent. Really beautiful decor throughout; very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were helpful. Our room was spacious and the bathroom well laid out. Very strong water pressure in the huge shower! The location of the hotel is perfect -very convenient to restaurants and there is a streetcar stop a few steps away.
Breakfast was good I enjoyed your staff at the bar and front desk
Bed, the property was very nice, the valet service was wonderful, and we loved downtown
