The staff were extremely welcoming, great customer service. Loved the Starbucks on site and ice water that I could fill my bottle. The size of the room was very nice as well as comfy beds!

The reception was courteous and efficient, and gave us a very quiet room as we requested. The room and the public areas were clean, comfortable, and functional. The location downtown is very good, yet easy to access from the interstate. Both the dinner and the breakfast at the hotel were tasty and well-priced, and the service was friendly and attentive; both were very nice experiences.

It was a gorgeous hotel with awesome service, amazing staff, and high quality rooms!!

We were a large group there for a funeral. The hotel let us use their large meeting room to host our dinners and even provided us all water for the event. Great service!
