The location, The food, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.
Staff and amenities were excellent, particularly the rooftop pool and the gentleman at the front desk who checked us in. Great proximity/access to the beach and shops/restaurants.
The room was spacious, clean, and had two balconies. The rooftop pool and deck was beautiful. The staff were all very friendly. The food and drinks in the restaurant were very good
This is our home away from home when we visit our daughter in SF. Lovely atmosphere, garden is an unexpected delight, and Owen makes the best breakfast!
World-class location. Nice to have a lovely restaurant downstairs.
