Rooms are very spacious and have a living room, dining area and kitchenette. Bed is really comfortable and bathroom is stocked with every amenity you could desire.

Everything! Even the re-vamping of the fitness center was not bothersome. Rooms are soundproof.

The room was exceptional in cleanliness, amenities and housekeeping staff. We enjoyed the surrounding areas and lucky enough to enjoy Easter Brunch and the Easter festivities for our grandchildren. Everyone from the front desk, Ventana Lodge staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a beautiful view and had everything needed for a wonderful four-night stay. The property is lovely but could use a fine tuning. It’s not quite up to a five star accommodation. We were very disappointed in the restaurant. The service was great, but it took us 20 minutes to get a drink and another 20 minutes before our appetizers arrived. There were only a few tables occupied at the time. The Lodge had several events and was 100% booked. As a result, our room was not what we paid for. The staff, Samantha and Shania were very helpful in moving us to another room when it became available three days after our original date.
