Apartment was very spacious, full size kitchen and fridge. Easy to use tvs. Bed was firm memory foam. Check in process was super easy and they offered luggage storage for free when I arrived early.
Free washing machine and dryer on the floor was a super helpful bonus.
I had read other reviews saying this area can be noisy but I didn't find that at all. I was home late each night because of a conference so I didn't have any issues with noise from the street below
15min-20min easy walk to the convention centre and felt completely safe walking alone
Location is perfect, right at the end of Clematis St, which is a commercial center, with many restaurants and stores around. Also, there's a public parking just 1 block away, which costs USD5 during weekends. The room was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Mattress wasn't soft, but it's alright for me. If you stay during weekends, there's a food/artisan fair right in Clematis St. with lots of things to see/buy/try.
Very clean and comfortable, well equipped, amazing location. Amazing Italian restaurant just vis s vis.
Location was great as my daughter was getting married at Lake Pavilion.
Breakfast is just around the corner with many restaurants to choose. The location is very close to the company where I work for and with a safe and clean environment. The breezy air is very refreshing when you're strolling around.
