Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that extra charges are applicable for late check-in: - EUR 15 from 20:00 to 22:00; - EUR 25 from 22:00 to 00:00; - EUR 50 after 00:00. Please note that after the reservation is made, guests will receive an email containing key pick-up procedures. Please note that a 50% prepayment will be charged on the day of booking via credit card details but refunded if a cancellation is done within the free cancellation period. The remaining payment is due on arrival, in cash. Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with no lift.
