The rooftop restaurant was wonderful! Kingsley, the manager, was excellent in answering our questions.
It was beautiful and the staff was amazing! Every last one of them was pleasant and helpful.
I love this hotel, the location is great, the staff were nice and kind, and the room was perfect. I did my check-in with the Hilton app and selected the room that I wanted, on the opposite side of the rail tracks, so I didn't have any issue with the noise that many people mentioned in other comments.
Friendly staff, and efficient the lobby front desk, and concierge very nice !for breakfast service it took a little bit to get the food and coffee.-latte-
No vending machines for drinks or snacks..comfortable room,quiet ambiance, relaxed ng atmosphere so far I will come back.
Amazing hotel! Very pleasant to stay at. Bonus that the body products were Santal 33!! Top notch customer service both at check-in and check-out! Rooms reset daily!. The champagne vending machine was a cute, cheeky addition. Ample parking on the residential streets, so skip the $65 per day parking fee. Just make sure to get the local app, so you can pay from your phone in your room.
