Really relaxing amazing place definitely recommend. And would definitely come back!

The accommodations enhanced our visit to Duluth due to both the location itself and the standards maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed being walking distance from the Fitger complex, two pharmacies, and a solid grocery store. The Canal Park area was I only a 20-min. walk from this location.

Beautiful place with a very nice view of Lake Superior! Easy access to the property with your own parking space. Easy walk to downtown and Canal Park area. Will definitely stay here again.

Our rental unit (Thor) was a lovely, spacious apartment, overlooking Lake Superior--the views were amazing. The apartment was furnished and decorated nicely, very comfortable for two people, and well-equipped with pretty much everything you might want in a short-term apartment rental. We mainly used the kitchen for breakfast and tea, but the kitchen was better set up for cooking than many rentals. There's also a washer/dryer, which we didn't need, but might be useful under some circumstances. The location is convenient to downtown attractions, on the northeast side, but not in the middle of the Canal Park bustle so there's more privacy and quiet. Superior Street is busy, but we didn't find it to be problematic.

Clean, comfortable, nice amenities, great view, close to Fitgers.
