The place is well situated. Very clean, had a fridge, coffee maker. They had a small beach, free kayaks, for the price you can't beat it.
The cottages were perfect for what I was looking for; a local vibe with a quiet location. There are 2 lanes which lead to the bay with beach access. Both lanes are lined with varying sizes of beach themed rooms/cottages. The Pelican offers beach and dock access, free kayaks to tour the bay, hammocks, lounge chairs, bar-b-q pit, boat launch, and a quiet time, all within walking distance to many restaurants. I was assigned the "Mermaid" room which had a queen sized bed, small bathroom/shower and a small closet. It was perfect for what I needed.
Great place, the beach, the docks, the bungalows.
Perfect place to stay for a few days.
