The instructions to get to the place were very clear and easy to follow. There is plenty of parking on the street. The place was chic, spacious and towels were good quality. I was a little worried about the location (44th st.) before our trip but it turned out to be very quiet and peaceful for our entire stay (5 days).

This apartment is gorgeous! Convenient location, plenty of street parking all around. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. Free coffee available via a stocked Keurig machine. The host shipped back an item I had forgotten at no charge, and I’m very grateful for their hospitality and excellent service.

The property was beautiful. It had everything we needed and we felt comfortable during our stay. The stuffs used were of good quality. The owners are very warm and always available in case of anything. It was budget friendly and the location was good for all the attractions.

Very clean. Beds were really comfortable. Had everything we needed. Balcony views were beautiful. Would recommend to family and friends. Owner contacted us before we got there to make sure we knew how to get in and sent us a reminder of how they wanted things left. Great communication.

The parking was always easy and as close as could possibly be on the corner where the house is located. The hosts were present for our arrival and were genuinely concerned that we had everything we needed. They were very quick to respond to all communications. We found the Penthouse to be peaceful, quiet, and safe. We were centrally located for many of the vacation attractions on our bucket list. It was exceptionally clean and the kitchen is well-appointed. There is a nice electric tea kettle with settings for different types of tea and a Keurig coffee maker with a wide variety of coffee. These items were great to have!
