The property is a downstairs suite in a larger building. There was a sign but it was a little hard to find. I seemed to have misplaced the paperwork for the property and had to call the host to get the code. She responded quickly. The view was nice and it was centrally located as long as you have a car. Downtown Kodiak was not readily walkable from the room.
I was in Kodiak to meet a friend and her family, whom I had not met. It was great to have my own space as well as to have a friend or two visit. I had no personal contact with the host, but our contact was sufficient!
