This was a great hotel for a weekend in Ptown. It's right in the middle of downtown, enabling us to park our car and not touch it again until it was time to leave. They had a bike rack on the property, where we could conveniently store our bikes, which we used to get to the beach. The staff is very accommodating and made it very easy to check in and out, with excellent communication. The in-unit kitchen was a nice bonus, especially with the full fridge & freezer available. Plus, the shared outdoor seating areas with fireplaces were a nice surprise! We would stay here again!

This was the perfect location! Only one block from Commercial St but far enough to be quiet for sleeping. The room was very large and had all the amenities you could ask for. The outside grounds are lovely too!

The location and the quaintness of the space and the property made for a wonderful vacation spot. It is one block from Commercial Street, but it's quiet and peaceful in the rooms and on the property.

The location couldn’t have been better. I went to shows every night and only had to walk 1-3 blocks to the venues. It was so convenient to be able to walk back to my room from anywhere on Commercial or Bradford streets to cool off as it was very hot, or to rest up before shows. No car needed! My room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, especially with a ceiling fan.

Close to downtown restaurants and shopping. Lovely courtyard - very private. Patricia in the front office was phenomenal.
