Location appearance cleanliness friendly staff. Only wish was to have an elevator as our rooms were up to second floor a little hard for me to carry luggage to room
Location was superb! 3-5 minute drive from Yellowstone's North Gate with amazing view of the river, a welcoming fireplace and baby elk right at our doorsteps; It does not get any better! ALL the staff members were exceedingly gracious and welcoming... all the time!
Lovely location next to the river. Free coffee, S'mores and bottles of water. Wasn't attacked by bears.
We rented one cabin and 3 motel rooms. The cabin was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the location. It was so close to the entrance of the park and all elk wondering through the town was a highlight.
When we arrived they couldn’t find the reservation. They honored the booking and because they were out of rooms they upgraded us to a cabin. The staff of the hotel not only accommodating but very friendly.
