The staff, everyone was thoughtful, professional and welcoming. The rooms are ok in size considering the other Ritz-Carltons globally. The gym and pool are absolutely breathtaking. The view on the high floors facing Mt Hood is incredible.
The beddings are extremely comfortable.
I love the swimming pool how it views Mt.Hood, staff makes sure you have everything you need. breakfast was amazing. Enjoyed the bar down stairs for night caps. I will definitely be returning !
Bellpine was excellent. Family celebration while in town visiting nieces. We will stay annually

We could not rave about the Ritz-Carlton Portland Hotel more! From Valet pick up and transfer, check in, front desk Issac concierge offering Champagne upon arrival to the bellman service. Each member of staff delivered with care & excellence. The room was immaculate, bathroom was spacious and decorated in such a stunning way & we LOVED the large tub. We had the most amazing stay with a great night's sleep!
Food was excellent.
My only critique was that it was not clear that tip was already included on room service when I paid online so I tipped twice.
