The environment was welcoming and very accommodating
The history of the property was a huge draw. Absolutely beautiful and the room was comfortable and clean.
Breakfast could have had a few more choices but other than that it was a perfect experience. Customer service was top notch.
We adored our stay but had to leave a day early due to a family emergency...but we intend on coming back.
We have stayed in the Union Station hotel many times in the past. It is in my humble opinion, the best place to stay in Nashville :-) it’s a grand old building, but still has a feeling of a boutique hotel. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Regarding breakfast, a bit on the heavy side.
