The property was clean and the staff very accommodating. The bed was super comfortable! We enjoyed our time in the rooftop saltwater pool! Great made to order breakfast included with the booking.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming, our room was beautiful and clean , and the food was great! This hotel couldn't have been at a better location. With many places in walking distance and even a huge food and organic produce market open on Sundays I believe until 3:00.
It was close to several restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and had little touches to make us feel at home. Julie was the best, she was friendly and made it fun for us during our stay. The rooftop bar was such a haven for us.
My room faced north so I had a lovely view of Kalorama. The cleaning staff refreshed my room every day which was nice because a couple times I brought meals up to the room to watch the news.
I stayed at this hotel in December, and the staff is super friendly and kind. I paid for the included breakfast package, which could have been better. I mean, the food itself was good, but you had only one choice: if you wanted another thing from the menu, you had to pay for it; the coffee machine was broken on all of the days I stayed, that is something I don't understand for a hotel.
