The room includes exactly what you need to have your privacy, comfort, and autonomy in terms of equipments and facilities. The hosts are particularly kind and professional, they provided clear instructions ahead of time and were always quickly responsive. The restauration and visit suggestions are great.

The place is perfect! Really efficient, it is rather small (as the nane clearly suggests) but there is everything you need (and much more) in the place you need it.

What an amazing space!!! A lovely neighborhood, a MOST WELCOMING and accommodating hostess and family, a perfectly outfitted efficiency unit, just right for two people, in a separated and secure space. Everything you need is there, available and close at hand, making a stay easy, amenable, totally enjoyable!!! The place is immaculate, clean as a whistle, everything is new, shiny, nothing is missing. Life at its best! Great parking, a pool, an outdoors BBQ and picnic table in a quiet, safe neighborhood! Anything you need is available - what a place, what a welcome, what a hostess, FABULOUS!!! Easy access by car to all directions of travel!!!
Great place. Easy to get to and it’s cozy and secured.
The best spot in the area. Everything is fine and functions as expected,. The room is clean, there is a lot of amenities, the wifi is ok. I arrived at Fort Lauderdale airport and the airline had lost my luggages the first day so I was happy to find all necessary things in this room and even some food and drinks, I appreciated.
The room is incredibily quiet at night (I guess in daytime too)
