Attractive, clean and comfortable - staff is fabulous and shuttle service is excellent

It was a great location for us. We both loved the underground parking, where the elevator takes yku right to your room floor The breakfast was great and the breakfast dining room was spacious and very clean!! Spacious rooms! We'll be back!

Location was close to the Gonda building at Mayo Clinic. The room was amazing and spacious. It was very quiet and clean. Loved the kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, cook stove top and dishwasher! Bathroom was also amazing. Loved the walk in shower. Breakfast was a nice option to have in the morning. Although we didn’t use it the shuttle service is very nice and convenient for people who do need it.

Shuttle service to Mayo Clinic was frequent and on time. Great convenience for patients. Complementary breakfast was great! We will 100% choose TownePlace Suites again for our needs.

Everything about the place was all very nice . Walking distance to Mayo Clinic to business. The downside was trying to figure out how to get to it . Had to go through Mayo Clinic or a quick turn on the other side to reach this motel . ( If I knew all the parking issues , I would have gone eleswhere. ) As well trying to park under the garage is tight turns prior . And leaving the parking the garage . Well, you had to go back way too started . If you had a big vechile, it would not have been nice . So all that is crazy for a 2 year old place . Otherwise, there are no complaints with everything else.
