Convenience, cleanliness, pleasant and helpful staff
Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great, room was big, and bed was comfy.
Staff was very friendly and our room was neat and clean when we arrived.
The ability to cook our meals. The ease of getting into Charleston. Staff was friendly and responsive.
Michael welcomed us at the front desk. He gave us fantastic dinner suggestions as well. Our room was immaculate & very well accommodated. The beds were cozy & the bathrooms/shower was clean. My son forgot his expensive headphones in the room and we were already very far away. Paige called us to let us know and shipped us his headphones.
Overall outstanding experience & great hospitality.
