All encounters with staff were pleasant and helpful. This includes check-in, restaurant, groundskeeping and pool staff. Landscaping was detailed and over the top beautiful. Our room was clean with attentive housekeeping

Dinner in the dining room was very good. The coffee cafe was excellent! The Bierhall food was good. Really liked all the cozy seating areas. Liked the game room. My rental was electric so it was really nice having charging stations. The pool, sauna and hot tub looked great but we didn't have time to enjoy them.
