Location. Close to everything. Nice Italian breakfast/bakery close by. Short walk to the beach where chairs and umbrellas were already set up for rent. Keyless entry was so convenient. Ac was/were working fine. Beach towels provided. Generally clean except for the roach that welcomed us. Parking included. Has pool with cabana, but no jacuzzi.
What is not to like about Upham Beach Inn! Absolutely the best property I have stayed at in St Pete Beach and I am a frequent visitor, live in FL. This will be my families go to from here forward! Though it is not directly on the beach it is literally 1 block.... no worries they provide each room with a large beach wagon to carry your things to and from. This property truly thought of everything!

Ate at Ricks and the beach hut. Convenient and reasonably priced.
Location, beds were very comfortable. Pool was very nice.
Pool, grill, beach equipment, umbrella for the tables, cabana could have used a couple more chairs. Number 6 was spacious enough. TV’s and air conditioners worked.
