The owner was very responsive to questions before arriving, and the on-site housekeeping staff person was friendly. The room was very clean. The on-site clothes washer/dryer were a great bonus (we only stayed one night, so we didn't need to use it). The only down-sides were: 1) The booking site/summary did not mention that the room doesn't have a window. It felt like sleeping in a closet. 2) Easy to hear noise through the walls. On one side, a group of guests was very loud around 2am-3am making it difficult to sleep; on the other side, someone snoring in that room may as well have been using a chain saw.

The room and building was clean and updated. Liked the courtyard setting. I liked the quietness while in the room. Unlike hotels where you can hear foot traffic. The mini kitchenette was a plus because breakfast wasn't available. Close proximity to main strip and easy access to restaurants and port parking lots.
