Be sure to pre reserve parking. I wished there had been a coffe pot but Starbucks was 500 feet away. The staff was REALLY nice and helpful. Location was so perfect. Big patio with a fire pit and rooftop area. The building is older so when the 2 am bar crowd came home it was very noisy. But it was reasonably priced for the fantastic location.

This is the best and perhaps only hotel on the beach at Marina del Rey. The tables up top were fabulous for watching the sunset. The patio was wonderful for enjoying the breeze and people watching. Enjoyed the front desk persons. Very accommodating. The room was clean.

The view, especially if you have an ocean view room is exceptional, but it can also be enjoyed from the deck found on top of the hotel. The daytime receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The fact that they offer reserved parking right in front of the hotel is also a plus.
