It was easy to find the lock box. The place was very clean. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. The pool, gym and roof top garden were all excellent. The location was awesome as it was close to the metro, easy to walk around, and across the street from the convention center (which was where we needed to be). And it had free parking!!! Which was also phenomenal. If I ever need to be in downtown Los Angeles again, I will definitely look for this place to stay. The owner or manager person was awesome, extremely responsive, and very helpful. When we needed more towels or anything, they got back to me right away. Great deal all the way around!! And also at a very reasonable price.
We went to Little Tokyo and it was very easy to go by metro. And pretty quick as well.
Check in instructions were thorough and clear. Made the process easy. Until was clean and comfortable.
It was very easy to get to the convention center. I felt safer at this place than I would have at a regular hotel. Once we parked our car at the secure designated parking space, we just walked to the convention center.
The place was well equipped, which we loved. Nice views. Self Check in instructions were easy to follow. The location was convenient to metro bus stops. We will definitely book again. Nice and clean space well maintained..
- Mike was great! Answered any questions I had IMMEDIATELY! Also was very accommodating with my personal car. Would highly recommend staying here and I would stay here again. The price was great as well.
