Featuring an on-site fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Village By The Sea is located in Wells. This resort offers a hotel feel in a home-like condominium. Each unit has a full kitchen, living room and patio or balcony. Our fully equipped kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. We are not a 24-hour business but are available by phone for in house guests 24/7. Our property offers free parking as well for up to two cars per unit. Ogunquit Beach and Kennebunkport are both 13 minute drives from Village by the Sea.

The unit we stayed in (8E) was an end unit and was recently updated with new appliances and furnishings. Very spacious and stylish. The outdoor pool was clean and wonderfully refreshing. We would gladly return to this property.

We have stayed at Village by the sea several times previously and just love the location and the amenities. It’s a beautiful spot. We have plenty of room and we always look forward to going to Maine.
Place was clean and well taken care of. Located near the beach and many good restaurants.
