No breakfast, location was ok to beach and Market day's area walking distance to donuts and coffee shop, Sam ( and his cousin) were cool and entertaining individuals.
Our stay here was amazing. It was the perfect location. Not far from the beach. The room was clean, cool, and very spacious. The staff was very friendly. The upkeep of the pool is great as well. We will definitely go back here.

The location was perfect. You could walk to the beach. The view from 2nd floor was beautiful as it was looking at Rockport beach. The motel was plain but it was clean. Based on location and friendly staff I would definitely stay there again
This is an older motel that obviously has undergone an extensive remodel. There was new flooring, new beds, bathroom with all new fixtures. It was extremely clean, and triple unit with 3 comfortable queen beds was comfortably cool with wall unit a.c. There was a refrig. and a microwave. Front desk personnel were very pleasant and very helpful. The location is fantastic! Parking is great. I will definitely stay here again!
