Location was great.
Check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth.
Room was clean and had all the essentials.
Communication was very good.
Met our expectations for the cost and had a great view.
Perfect location, nice view from the 38.floor, kitchen had everything you need, comfortable beds, pool area very good and pool large enough to swim well. absolutely to recommend for a fair price near Waikiki beach
This location was actually really conventient because it's next to food trucks, 7/11, cafes, ABC store and only 10-15 min walk to the main Waikiki Strip. It was also great because we didn't have to drive all the way in and get stuck through traffic, it's easy to get out and go around the island. The parking garage($40/night) is connected to the elevators to take you to the rooms. Checkin in and out was simple. The room itself was good enough and had beach chairs, mats, towels, etc to bring to the beach. We had a beautiful sunrise view every morning. $5 for gym usage for your entire stay.
Location was very good and the amenities were very good. Staff was very responsive and friendly.
