We were on the 2nd floor and there must not be rugs on the third floor. The sound of footsteps and moving furniture was very loud. >I would never stay on the 2nd floor again. The people above us also allowed their dogs to urinate on the deck and iot driiped down on to our level. It was disgusting and incredibly rude odf them
